Thank you for shopping with Card & Compass! We take pride in accurately describing our products and packaging orders with care.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through the Card & Compass Shopify website are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, accidental purchases, buyer's remorse, or changes in market value.

This policy applies to all products, including:

• Pokémon and other trading card singles

• Professionally graded cards

• Sealed booster packs, booster boxes, and Elite Trainer Boxes

• Sports cards and collectibles

• International trading card products

Exceptions apply to damaged items, incorrect orders, and situations where a return, refund, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate promptly.

Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review the information and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, return, or refund.

The 7-day reporting request does not limit any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

Product Condition

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and photographs.

Please carefully review all listing details before purchasing, particularly for individual cards, graded collectibles, and vintage products.

Minor manufacturing variations or imperfections that were accurately disclosed in the listing are not, by themselves, grounds for a return.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot ordinarily be canceled once placed.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Whatnot Purchases

Purchases made through our Whatnot storefront are governed by Whatnot's applicable policies and buyer protection procedures, as well as the terms disclosed during the relevant live show.
